These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Professional Video Works website and services.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using our website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
Services
Professional Video Works provides video production services including but not limited to:
- Corporate video production
- Commercial production
- Event coverage
- Documentary production
- Post-production services
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:
- 50% deposit required to begin work
- Final payment due upon completion
- Late payments may incur additional fees
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive rights to use the final video content. We retain the right to use work samples for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
